About the Role:
Join Ideal Plastic Surgery as a Full-time Freelance Photographer and Videographer (1099 contractor), where you'll capture the essence of our staff and clients in a dynamic and creative environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing confidence through aesthetic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the medical team to understand client needs and desired outcomes.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an organized archive of all visual content for easy access and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photography and videography.
- Ensure all content adheres to privacy regulations and company standards.
- Assist in creating promotional materials that highlight our services and client success stories.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss upcoming projects and creative ideas.
Requirements:
- On site Tuesday-Saturday
- Own professional equipment required
- Based in Sacramento or nearby
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in a medical or beauty setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in portrait and promotional photography.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments and events.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
